Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY.
At Aqua Vintage we celebrate the timeless allure of vintage fashion. We understand that
sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit. Our return policy is designed to ensure your
shopping experience remains smooth and worry-free.


RETURN WINDOW
 You must initiate a return within 5 business days of receiving your order.
 The items must be returned within 7 days from the original shipment date.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
 In same condition as was shipped – unwashed and unaltered.
 Returned in the original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:
 Items marked as final sale.
 Items discounted at 40% or more off the original price.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Log into your Aqua Vintage account.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click Request Return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
    number.
  4. Package the item securely and include the RMA slip.
  5. Ship the item using a trackable service of your choice. Return shipping costs are the
    responsibility of the customer.


REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:

 A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of
receipt.
 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 If a return does not meet the stated conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund or
issue store credit instead.


EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return
the original purchase and place a new order.


STORE CREDIT
If a return is accepted but not eligible for a refund, store credit will be issued and will be
valid for 12 weeks from the date of issuance.
